I can still connect my mobile phone to the tv via miracast. I was able to fix that issue on my own, but I was never again able to I know the tv works because I used to be able to connect the same computer to the tv before some Windows update that made me completely lose connectivity (both ethernet and wireless).
I always get the Winsock protocols are missing error, but I sometimes also get an error saying wi-fi service is disabled. It's usually fixable by to troubleshooting This also causes me to lose wi-fi connectivity.
Whenever I try to mirror my screen using the connect button my tv recognizes the attempt, but for some reason, it just doesn't connect. I have a Dell Inspiron 15R SE 7520 (Dell Wireless 1703 (2.4GHz) 802.11b/g/n wireless adapter) running Windows 10. I'm experiencing some kind of network issue trying to mirror my computer to my LG 49UF8500 Web OS tv.
